The carpet of bluebells has returned as they have every year I can remember ….their heady scent fills the air and their delicate blooms nod in the breeze to reassure me that spring has definitely begun.

Whether sketching out on the rocks or rambling through the woods, my intention is to try to create a painting that evokes a feeling or particular atmosphere that you can relate to and, once the finished artwork is hanging on your wall, brings back happy memories. 

MATERIALS: This artwork is on a stretched canvas - finished with two layers of varnish to protect against sunlight and dust.

READY TO HANG: The canvas sides are painted white so it is ready to hang without a frame if so desired.
