Snowy Walk With The Occasional Bounce | 61 x 91cm
There’s something rather good about taking the dog for a walk when it snows.
This was one of those cold, blustery days when the fields were covered in snow and ice and the trees stood bare against the horizon.
The dog, of course, was considerably more enthusiastic about the whole thing.
There’s a small figure walking across the field with his dog, heading off into the winter landscape. I liked the simplicity of it — two little figures in a huge open space, with nothing much around them except snow, sky and trees.
And every now and then, I imagine, a bit of bouncing through the snow.
It’s a simple winter walk, but those are often the ones you remember.
