The Beach Beckons

Living in Cornwall, the sea is never very far away.
There are days when the beach simply seems to be calling, and it’s difficult to resist heading down for a walk.
This little painting came from one of those walks from home, with the beach stretching out ahead and the sea and sky opening up beyond it.
Sometimes you don't need much of an excuse to go to the beach.
